I'm Paul, a seasoned Game Designer with a track record of crafting immersive gameplay experiences and complex systems.

Design Principles & Philosophy

  • Find the Fun. It’s hard to sell a game that’s not fun to somebody.

  • Playtest Early. I believe any sort of game can be abstracted and tested early. Whether it’s Tabletop Simulator or a 1-person TTRPG campaign, it can be done.

  • You have to watch your Players play. The rules manifest themselves in dynamic experiences, and the players have thoughts and feelings about that experience. You have to critically look at those thoughts and feelings improve your game.
